Concert at Bristol, England with Guitarmoncello, November 2016

    With the grateful assistance of the National Arts Council, we were able to perform at the Bristol Folk & Blues Festival, premiering our piece 'Singapura Rhythms'  by (Balraj Gopal) at the show.  It was a delight to final visit the home of The Beatles!

Masterclass with the Hong Kong Guitar Ensemble (HKGE) (2014)
​& Combined Concert in 2016

Under the baton of Mr John Kam, HKGE has developed into a guitar orchestra of international standing.  Members of HKGE come from all walks of life and ages range from 8 to 35!  Guitarhympia Music and HKGE collaborated on a workshop in June 2014 and it was a fulfilling experience for all! 

In 2016, HKGE will team up with Guitarmoncello to do a concert in Hong Kong on 13th August.  Hope to see you there!

Donation of Guitar Books / Scores to the International Community

The doyen of guitar in Singapore, Maestro Alex Abisheganaden, has set aside a large collection of his immense library to be donated to guitar communities in the region.  This effort began in 2015 and is still ongoing.  Guitarhympia Music is honoured to assist in this endeavour.  Please contact us if you know of guitar ensembles who would appreciate such books / scores for their own learning.
